What is a Mentor?
A mentor is an experienced and knowledgeable individual who provides guidance, advice, feedback, and support to a less experienced person, known as the mentee, to help them develop professionally and personally. Mentors serve as role models, teachers, counselors, advisors, sponsors, advocates, and allies. Their primary goal is to assist their mentees in becoming better versions of themselves, both in their careers and personal lives.

Do you need a Mentor?

Ending Relationship
